CCC AIOS End-User License Agreement
For our private QuickBooks Online connection · Last updated October 14, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers CCC AIOS (the "App"), a private software application made by Crystal Clear Contracting LLC ("CCC," "we," "us," or "our"). The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API. CCC both makes and uses the App. This Agreement covers the people CCC authorizes to connect or use it: our owners, employees, and contractors ("you"). By connecting or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. It is separate from our website Terms of Use and from any contract for construction work.
1. Private, internal use only
The App is built for one purpose: running CCC's own business with CCC's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public, to our customers, or to any other business, and it is not listed on Intuit's app marketplace.
- Only an administrator of CCC's QuickBooks Online company may connect the App.
- Only CCC's owners, and people they authorize, may use the App or see what it produces.
- The App may not be connected to any other company's QuickBooks.
2. License
While you are authorized by CCC, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App only for CCC's internal business purposes. You may not share your access, copy or redistribute the App, or try to get around its security or access limits. CCC keeps all rights in the App that this Agreement does not expressly grant.
3. What the App does
- It connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's secure sign-in and consent screen (OAuth 2.0), using only the QuickBooks accounting permission.
- It reads our customers, estimates, invoices, payments, and financial reports (such as profit and loss) so we can produce internal reports.
- It can create estimates and invoices in QuickBooks. A person on our team reviews each one, and nothing is sent to a customer until they approve it.
- We do not use it to delete QuickBooks records, and it does not use QuickBooks Payments or Payroll.
- An AI assistant runs the App for us. It requests the data and writes plain-English summaries for our owners in our internal team chat.
QuickBooks remains our official record. AI summaries can contain mistakes, so figures should be checked in QuickBooks before they are used for tax, lending, payroll, or other important decisions.
4. Your data
The QuickBooks / Intuit data section of our Privacy Policy explains what the App accesses, why, where the data is stored, how long we keep it, and how it is deleted. In short: we do not sell QuickBooks data or use it to train AI models; we share it only with the companies whose services the App runs on (Anthropic, Slack, and Telegram); and we delete the App's copy within 30 days of disconnection, except summaries already sent to our owners and records the law requires us to keep.
5. QuickBooks and Intuit
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. We use them here only to describe what the App connects to. The App is an independent product of Crystal Clear Contracting LLC. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by Intuit, and CCC is not affiliated with Intuit. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or for supporting it. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy statement.
6. Disconnecting and termination
An administrator of our QuickBooks company can disconnect the App at any time from the apps area of QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting in QuickBooks ends the App's access right away. You can also ask us to disconnect it by emailing admin@crystalclear-contracting.com, and we will do so within one business day. We may also suspend or shut down the App at any time, including when Intuit's requirements call for it. When the App is disconnected or this Agreement ends, your license ends and we delete the App's copy of QuickBooks data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 continue to apply after this Agreement ends.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on QuickBooks Online and Intuit's API, which can change or be unavailable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Clear Contracting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the App, even if we were told such damages were possible.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this Agreement or the App must be brought only in the New York State courts in Jefferson County or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If a court finds part of this Agreement unenforceable, the rest still applies.
